1. Customer Support & Sales Representative

Location: Remote (UK-Based)
Salary: £22,000 – £28,000 per year + performance bonuses
Hours: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM)
Employment Type: Permanent

Role Overview:
You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with enquiries, quotes, artwork questions, and order updates.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email and chat

  • Provide quotes and guide customers through options

  • Manage orders and ensure smooth communication

  • Work closely with design and production teams

Ideal Candidate:
Friendly, detail-oriented, organised, and confident with customer communication.

2. Artwork & Design Assistant

Location: Remote or Hybrid (London / Manchester preferred)
Salary: £24,000 – £32,000 per year (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time
Employment Type: Permanent

Role Overview:
Prepare customer artwork for production, refine designs, and ensure technical accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Convert customer designs into production-ready artwork

  • Ensure colours, borders, and details meet patch specifications

  • Prepare digital proofs and make revisions

  • Work with customers on artwork improvements

Ideal Candidate:
Experience with Adobe Illustrator or similar tools, excellent eye for detail, ability to handle small intricate designs.

3. Order Fulfilment & Operations Coordinator

Location: Hybrid (UK, near main fulfilment hub, you can specify city)
Salary: £23,000 – £30,000 per year
Hours: Full-time
Employment Type: Permanent

Role Overview:
Coordinate production timelines, shipments, and order tracking to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage order flow between departments

  • Coordinate shipping and delivery schedules

  • Track production timelines and solve issues proactively

  • Maintain accurate order records

Ideal Candidate:
Highly organised, proactive, strong problem-solving skills.

4. Production Specialist (Patches & Textiles)

Location: On-site (You can specify your UK production centre location)
Salary: £11.50 – £14.50 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Full-time or Part-time available
Employment Type: Permanent

Role Overview:
Support the physical production process of woven patches, ensuring quality and consistency.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect patch quality (colours, edges, backing, details)

  • Assist with cutting, trimming, finishing and packaging

  • Follow production guidelines and safety standards

  • Work with the team to meet deadlines

Ideal Candidate:
Experience in textiles/embroidery production is a bonus but not required, training provided.
